Official Commercial Tariff Guidelines (Anil Tours 2026)

  • Outstation Minimum Running: Standard 250 kms per calendar day; a minimum of 300 km per day will be charged in case of ex-Udaipur cabs.
  • Meter Basis: Time & kms is strictly calculated from garage to garage basis.
  • Driver Allowance: In case of outstation, driver DA/TA is applicable daily; in case of local, DA applies after 9:00 PM.
  • High Season Policy: On high season dates (Rajasthan winter surge & festivals), minimum 12 hours (120 km) package in local will be applicable.
  • Hill Station Surcharges: Hill charges Rs. 400 per hill in local and 50% extra (Rs. 600) in outstation is applicable.
  • Taxes & Tolls: Both-way FASTag tolls (garage-to-garage vehicle transit) and commercial interstate border taxes/permits are calculated and charged on actuals. Parking & 18% GST charged on actual receipts.
